A few days ago we spent a week in the Tuscany. We were looking for a quiet trip in the nature to disconnect from Barcelona. At first glance it may sound contradictory tranquility and holidays in the tourist Tuscany, but we hire a typical Tuscan farm lost in the mountain that was a delight.
The house was located in the region of Reggello (province of Florence), 500 meters above sea level and amidst impressive vegetation. We had this airbnb apartment with kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, separate terrace and this wonderful pool. In the mornings it was a delight to have breakfast outside listening to the silence and, at night, to go to sleep cradled by the crickets singing.
From here we made daily excursions to some of the innumerable wonders of this region:
3) The medieval villages of Colle di Val d'Elsa, Volterra and San Gimignano
Of course I will detail everything in successive posts.

For me it has been very emotional to return to this region where I lived several years ago. I was fortunate to live for two years in Florence, while doing my master's degree in graphic design. In those two years I was able to discover countless incredible places in Italy, but I still had many places in Tuscany to discover, something I could do on this trip.
