CaraB Festival

Yesterday I went to the CaraB Festival. It was supposed to be a #BFF plan with Moriarty and Gilberta bu, at the last moment, things went wrong and I went alone. I hesitated a little bit. The club was quite far and I doidn't feel like going alone up there ... But, once I listened a couple of tracks of the Hinds, I cheered and went! Ciao sofa, another battle you lost ;)

Ayer fui al Festival CaraB. En un principio iba a ser un plan #BFF con Moriarty y Gilberta pero, en el último momento, las cosas se torcieron  y fui sola. Al principio dudé un poco. La sala estaba bastante lejos y no me apetecía mucho ir sola hasta allí... Sin embargo, en cuanto me puse un par de temas de las ciervas, me animé y fui! Ciao sofá, una batalla más que has perdido ;)

The festival took place in the Fabra i Coats Factory, an old spinning mill from nineteenth century converted into a multidisciplinary space to promote artistic creation. I've never been there before and, as soon as I got there, I fell immediately in love  with the space. The place is amazing and, simply therefore, worth going there!

El festival tenía lugar en la Fabrica Fabra i Coats, una antigua hilandería del siglo XIX convertida en espacio multidisciplinar para promover la creación artística. Nunca había estado ahí, y me enamoró nada más llegar. El espacio es increíble y, simplemente por ello, mereció la pena ir hasta allí!

Of course the Hinds didn't disappoint us and, with each song played, people went more and more crazy, until all of them ended up on stage! I repressed myself from going up to bring you this video, quite shaky, but enough to show you the great atmosphere!

Por supuesto las Hinds no defraudaron y, con cada tema que tocaban, la gente se iba animando más y más, hasta que todo ellos acabaron encima del escenario! Yo me contuve para poder traeros este pequeño video, algo movido, pero que muestra perfectamente el ambiente!

__I enjoyed the band El Último Vecino. I didn't know about this group neither had high expectations but I must admit that they surprised me! Their music sound a little bit like The Drums (which I like pretty much) and the singer has a quite interesting act on stage. I really enjoyed them! Here a small video about their concert. Unfortunately, I was to close to the speakers and the sound turned bad! I made a montage with the original theme to give you an idea without letting you guys deaf ;)

Después disfruté de El Último Vecino. No conocía el grupo y no tenían grandes expectativas pero, he de reconocer que me sorprendieron! Su música tiene aires de The Drums que me gustan bastante y, la presencia escénica del cantante no te deja indiferente. Me quedé con ganas de más! Quise grabaros un  breve video, pero al estar junto a los altavoces el sonido es nefasto! He hecho un montaje con el tema original para que os hagáis una idea sin quedados sordos ;)
